2010 Tour To Old Trafford

We’ve been confirmed for United’s last game of the season, at home, to Stoke City on Sunday 9th May 2010. If things go according to plan, we could see United receive yet another Premiership trophy.

By a huge stroke of luck we’re able to maintain the package price, which remains the same as the 2009 price of R13,500 per person sharing (excluding airport taxes). Should you prefer a single room, the supplement is R4,000.

The package includes return flights (airport taxes will be billed separately), 4 nights B&B accommodation in Manchester, 2 nights B&B accommodation in London, coach transfers, a tour of Old Trafford, lunch in the Red Café, a visit to Carrington (with the Manager’s permission), and of course, the all-important match ticket.

Because of restrictions regarding match tickets, the tour is open only to One United members. If you need to, you can upgrade a Gold membership to the required Platinum.

The tour leaves OR Tambo International on Wednesday 5 th May 2010 and returns from Heathrow on Wednesday 13th May 2010. The airline will allow a small number of passengers to extend their stay.

Bookings are now open, and a R4,000 deposit will secure your place. You can read about past tours on our website at www.manutd.co.za and if you have any questions I’ll be happy to answer them. Call me on084 517 6735 or email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Download the booking form for the tour from the website, or ask for one to be faxed or emailed.

Looking forward to having you join us

This is not scare tactics chaps, but I've had the first bookings already. As of now, I've got 24 seats available.
Once these are sold we may have to increase the price to accommodate anyone else because the airlines may - I said MAY - not give me more seats at the same price.
So, don't dally. Pay the deposit asap!

Here's my dilemma...! I have family in Manchester so don't need a hotel, I have dozens of mates in London, so don't need a hotel there either, I have enough air miles to get there without buying a ticket....

But I would dealy love to be with the SA Reds and the tour of OT, and obviously go to the game with them as well....

Ethel, sorry to make things complicated, but can this be done, if I make my own way there and hook up with the crowd?

Me too! Im in the same boat as Redwood. Plus I'l probably be going to the chelsea game on 3 april so dont want to shell out another R13,500 for Stoke when I could get most of it for free. It would be awesome to go to a game with MUSCA!

Sorry to disappoint you chaps, but the short answer is no.
It would be unfair to the rest of the group to allow people to make their own arrangements, as the package is based on numbers travelling. You know how, if you buy more, it works out cheaper?
The airline giving us a special deal because of group travel, and that influences the rest of the package.

We cant invite you to join us on the visit to Carrington, for instance, but there's nothing to stop you from applying independently for a match ticket and joining us either in Bishops or the fanzone..
